with the pace, you're adding the extra amount of wages.. though that is funny.. im guessing you boght him in emergency? at 30 how much will you sell him for also... :P

yeah.. i have 2 keepers who are amusing got both for pace training, and a general pop in one of them to formid keeper, got em both pretty cheap.. and with pace, wanted a full second team, so figured 2 was ok.. in terms of my team, they are 5th and 8th highest wages...
all last season i had no backup keeper :P

Expenses on player wages amount to 188 425 €. Only a 28k jump this year which isn't too bad :)

am gonna have to do a few sales on this to balance books this season i reckon which is a pity

I'm knida happy with the wage changes too.. finished last year with €15k salaries on players & that has now changed to €19850 with 1 extra player... thought it would be worse!
I have seriously increased my coaches wages though in the last few weeks to approx €42k!! I better start the season well & start packing the crowds in straight from the off!!

dont focus too much on wages of coaches until you get into the higehr division.
having a junior school is a big drain also

yeah, focus on a decent stadium with seats, which gives you constant revenue. train juniors and then by little steps increase coach lvl.

I know I'm probably stretching myself with 16 juniors & 2 expensive coaches in my 5 coaches, in the second division, but I should still be okay... I only missed out on promotion with an extra time goal so with a good season this year I hopefully can make it automatic... I expect that after week 3 this year I should have a squad with every player 22 or under as currently I only have 2 players older than that.... It's all about the kids!!

I probably shuld be listening to ye old pros but what can I say I'm stubborn!! ;-) I intend to use the Monday pay day to increase the stadium to 10k so that should help my income a bit anyway.

If you've already got the youth system setup you might as well keep it.

your targets are about right ;)
promotion should be high on the list whatever the cost as income in the first division will be 1.5 - 2x what you are on now probably
