yeah so 2 pops in 7 weeks = 7/2 = 3.5

you usually dont include the first pop, but juniors that join as good usually arent close to solid (low subskill) and so its just assumed that the first pop they have is the same as a full pop

My youth coach is incredible

pretty good talent so! iv only ever had 2 players with talent under 4 so far :P
then again i make sure they are going to hit formiddable, so i probably fire a lot of the higher talent guys :/
as i said, hope training goes well! he should improve pretty fast at that talent!
