Guys / Gals,

Would you like to have a program which showed you EVERY English player in sokker land?

guys and gals. I have been tinkering with the scottish players we have and you may very well be a person who has received a mail from the Scottish Spies.

As you can see this shows 90% of the Scottish players in sokker and has flashing red when a player is in an ownerless team.

This script took me 3 weeks to run to collect all the data. I have created a script where, with a concerted effort from yourselves, Wales and Irish users you can, between all of you collect every player in sokker for each country.

Its hard work and will need someone to orchestrate the users but it is possible and i think is worthwhile.

Its up to you! I will be posting the exact same message in England and Wales.

i have a few questions for ya mate..

when players get deleted, do new players replace their PID? or do all new players just get a new PID.. if thats the case, its only a case of catching up on the current one, and then from then on you would be able to see ALL NEW PLAYERS since last update..?

new players get new PIDs so its incremental. Yes you are correct its just a case of taking the pain of running the script up to 15 million then every few weeks you run from 15 million to your last new youth pull ID

there is a similar thread in the English Forums. May i suggest you dive over there if you are willing to participate in getting all your players recorded.

aye troo. I will get your country done this afternoon when i am back home mate. Its torture doing anything on GPRS. Can you believe i am in the middle of Glasgow and cant get a decent GPRS signal on vodafone. Totally guff service

It's very useful but does it update?

yes to update your players just do update-(yourcountry).php so for you it will be update-ireland.php

This updates the players values. Addition of new players i.e. new teams + youth pulls will happen roughly every 8 weeks

will take a bit of time and work mate ;)
