I believe communication between the NT coach and the users that own NT players is key, updating the NT coach with player improvements, in order to pick the best starting team possible. I am constantly online, so usually i will respond to messages within 12 hours.
If i win the election i would appoint some of you as my asisstants. Because i need about 3 scouts.
I have plans to create a Web, where everyone can post skills of his players
