hello!
about me:
i'm gregory from hungary. i'm livinig in budapest and studiing sociology and history on uni. now i try to run for the your NT, and i hope that you will support me. as student i have enough time to work with NT.
about my results in sokker:
this is my 10. season in sokker. i have 5 gold, 1 silver and 1 brazen medal. i have or had a lot of NT players, my greatest star was kitelman. actually i'm the hungarian u21 coach. as national coach i played 14 match in this season, and my balance is: 10 win - 2 draw - 2 lost (goals: 53-7). we lost again greece and france (only with penalties :P), and we beat for example suomi and austria. my goal was to save for our u21 the first hat, and i've made it. :) the reason that i don't run for our u21 is, that i need new challange, but i'm sure that i can easily win in hungary, because the hungarian user was pleased with my work.
about my tactics:
i'm a defender trainer, so this is my strength, and i think that i can use great defensive tactic against strongest team. i like to use the 5 defender line against strongest team or team with winger, but if the opponent dosn't use winger or not so strong i use only 4 defender. i think that against weakest team 3 defender with offside tactic is more than enough.
i like to play with winger, because it necessitate from the opponent the 5 defender tactic. but sometimes i know, that the opponent will use 5 defender, and than the winger is totally useless.
i think that 2 attacker is optimally, but somertimes 1 simple attacker is maybe better to save our team from goal.
as you can see, it's not problem for me use very different tactics against diferrent opponent.
my goal as NT coach:
i know, that you didn't qualified for the WC. baslx made a good work, but mexico and slovakia has stronger team at the moment.
what can we do now? i think that our goal should be to collect more ranking points. this is very important to save our place in the 3. hat or maybe we arrive the 2. hat. to arrive this goal have to play against weaker team.
scouts:
at the moment - naturally - i don't know your players. i talked with baslx, and he told me, that he hasn't scouts.
i think that for me would be better, if 2-4 scout halp me to update every player. i hope that it's some volunteer user in eire, who want to help me with this work. everybody is welcome! :)
why eire?
i will be truthful. :) my english knowledge isn't perfect at all, and i try to learn this language better with sokker. :)
i know, that i haven't so many chance, like a "native" user, that's naturally. but i hope, that you will give him a chance to show you what i know about this game. i know, that you will not regret it!

looks good mate.. i will consider you but i want to know what you feel you can do for the irish community on sokker
as for scouts.. its a small nation, not many players from ireland as we have so few users, so there isnt a need for scouts really..although people will voice their opinions on selection ;)

i know that you haven't so many player, so we dont need so many scout. but i think that for me it would be great help. i like to analize the opponents, and make tactics. i need many time for this, and not for sending the mails, or update the players. i can make, if it's necessary, but i think it would be better, if somebody help me with this.

when i was the hungarian coach (i know, that i'm still coach :D), i made every time a sort announcing for every match on the national association, and everybody can check it, and everybody can voice teir opinion. (on selection too :P)
but i think if i will be the coach, i need to take the resbonsibility for the ressult, so i have to choise the players for the match. but i'm sure, that we will play some easiest match too, and i can give chance for many players. ;)
