I think I can get the first guy cheaper because of his wages and there being two better options but I'm a bit concerned about his age and the possibility of coaches retiring at some point.

if that is introduced i think they will bring in the possibility of selling coaches also... or do something random so as not to upset people like make it a 5 season minimum they will last or something when its introduced... but yeah..all the same, no harm in future proofing :)

i hope so, 3 of my coaches are 70+ ;-)
