i really dont trust graphs anymore! in last 3 weeks one guy is +1,-1,+2

looks fair bad :P

whats wrong with this new system ?!? sooo many drops !!

16y 8 weeks to go, drops from good to weak !!!

over all its 11 lvl drops and 6 lvl ups ... if it goes on like this my team will hit unsatisfactory very soon.

their skill remains the same, its just that your youth coach cant tell if they are any good or not :P
