I didn take any screenshoot, thought they're pointless, sorry

Actually you can get a pretty good estimate on talent after 8 weeks but you've got to know how to do it. I've set up something in Excel that's giving me talent and predicted end skill but it took me a lot of effort to create it.

why dont you use oSokker ?
It provides talent, exit age and exit skill as exactly as it gets.

im assuming it only does talents for plus... unless its a newer update since.. every second day theres some changes made at the moment :)

Cobey is listed anyway

haha yeah true :)
i gave up on it with the new junior talent system... SO and SV give ur infinitely long graphs..and just seem better if you can keep them up to date :D

GK Graham Jackson, age: 17, talent 4 is listed now.

Got Chris Martin for just over 600k. I'm pleased, Karloss probably won't be,

And the rebuild begins... :)

Hmm yes, I'm not exactly overflowing with enthusiasm at the moment and was considering taking another season out before restarting but it's done now. I've got a couple more Irish players I'm going to try and pick up over the next couple of weeks and I've got to find some assistants, though I can be a bit more patient with them as I'm training stamina for up to 3 weeks. I really should try and pick up Rick Dull.

We really do need a tall striker if we're going to continue playing 1-striker 1-wing. Curley and Dull are both midgets

If you're just training pace next season Delahunty still needs a home.
2010-03-20 13:51:34
I'm focusing on technique right now. I wouldn't take Dealhunty, wages too high, don't need that quality, wouldn't get good enough keeping side training.

theres a few awesome youths on TA there now... flip carmody might be worth training for a bit..though tech wouldnt suit him

johathan holt needs a few levels of tech.. but hes 25...

why so many irish wingers being advertised atm :S

Carmody could be trained in pace, tech or striker at the moment. As long as he gets all 3 eventually it's not an issue.
Holt is too old for me to be buying him back. I'd rather concentrare on finding his replacement.
