I'm following your lead. I think most clubs in Ireland could do with a reboot, they've grown organically to the point where they're tied up financially and in need of re-organisation. Short-term it's damaging but recovery through proper training and investing in the setup means things can be back to normal within 3 seasons. I did this about 6 seasons ago but only the players got sorted at that time, this time I'll have a setup to match any club in this game.

in terms of school, mine will have noone over 19 coming out after about week 8 next season, a few 19 year olds, then the rest are all 18 or under...
anyone else find themselves doing that?

Gary Gowan would be a good buy for a striker trainer. I'm looking at picking up Flip Eviston on the cheap. Alan Cobey would do well at any club training pace or tech. Rob Bhowmick to someone training passing?

Hmmm interesting, pulled Joe at Magical, best ever YP for me (perfect skills) but he will be 20 in a week. Paul is also useful but will be 19.
Have 6 trainees already so need to figure out if Joe is worth keeping at the expense of someone else.... will think about it for a few days
