Subject: Ireland Regenesis Project

The idea here is fairly simple, it's giving you all something to aim for. We need to produce more quality youths and train them properly ourselves instead of selling them off to foreign clubs who won't.
At the bottom is what's intended to be a shopping list. We should aim to reclaim those players if posssible. Can the national managers mention it if they remove or add anyone from the squad.
Graphics and other bits coming later. If you've got any suggestions to add then I'm listening.

Coaches 58.25? (94/2+45/4) Have I got my sums wrong here?

Irish owners - 185 (13*5 + 3*15 +3*25)

Great idea fella - it should make for interesting reading :)

The coaching thing works as

Head coach skills totalled and then halved. So a head coach with Unearthly in the 6 main skills scores 96 (6x16) which is then halved to 48.
The general appraisal of the 3 assistants, which also adds up to a maximum of 48. Combine with the Head coach score and add 4. Max score should be 100

I've only scored 48 because I've a perfect head coach but no assistants.

I calculate your Coaches as 47 (for head coach) 45 (for assistants) + 4 to total 96

guess for keeper trainers it doesnt apply though :P
also striker trainers are going to miss out massively on it

For keeper training it'd be simple to just say Keeping+Passing+Pace x 2 and use that instead.

Striker trainers shouldn't be missing out. Strikers still benefit from passing and playmaking even if it's not a priority, just like mids benefit from striking. Ideally everyone training outfield players would have Unearthly X6

im on defenders, so wasnt bothered with striking... its still brilliant though

and individual skills of main coach aswell...

so a head coach whos tragic in passing, you will rarely ever have a passing pop

same way as assistants influence main training... they increase it as much as 50% it seems... with top notch coaches of course :)

Hey, where did your post appear from. I didn't see you.

It's all opinion but I'd say it's Head Coach skill multiplied by the TGA of the assistants somehow. Random pops tend not to happen the lower the head coach skills are.
