90 gets you gold. I may just raise the number required for that. I wasn't entirely happy that it's possible to get gold with a Brilliant youth coach but I kept it because I didn't know the quality of coaches we have. Now pretty much everyone is getting gold I think 93 is a good number.

well in terms of spaces... thats a flaw IMO...
i mean.. i filter out all the trash and am ok with my spacing... although at the moment it is rising due to this new system.. we wait and see i guess

I go by the idea that if you're going to pay a large amount for a good coach and then pay considerable wages, you might as well make the most of it by having as many youths as possible. Now with the new system it's better to have more youths because you can't tell what you've got so quickly.
I'm very likely to set Youth Gold to 93 soon. Max 56 from a brilliant coach and 36 for a full squad to get 92.
I think the training thing is largely OK and the Irish Players medal isn't as important.

He's not going to be trained fully by his new owner but Redjim is happy to sell as long as his costs are covered. Anybody out there with 5 million who's going to be training pace and passing for the next few seasons? It goes without saying that he's our most important future NT player as Reidy isn't getting any younger.

Since you're on, have you any interest in picking up another keeper trainee?

thought he has 2 at the moment.. dunno though.. i had sold 2 big potentials once upon a time.. mcmanus and another guy..he picked up mcmanus.. other guy i dunno the status on anymore

also he said something abuot lacking activity to change squads/keepers for friendlies so maybe he even sold the other guy he was training

Personally I don't buy into the head coach's general appraisal making a difference.
