How are people able to afford 3 magical assiatants?

Budgeting. If you can get 3 without their wages going over 120k then you've done a good job. Unless you're overpaying elsewhere you should just about be able to afford it.

If I don't have a home game I'm running on a 200k loss for the week :)

Such is life in the top league. 2-week budgets are necessary.

im on 2x outstanding and 1x very good and still have a minor loss over 2 weeks ;)

prem is only way to go for that i reckon.. and as shaneteam said.. income from matches... im only starting to get the hang of this games financial system now.. the initial investment in acquiring magical coaches is also a factor not to be forgotten ;)
im not going to touch my coaching system until i have 6 million in the bank again...

is anyone making a serious loss over a week..? im currently -90k per week without matches...
thats after i sacked a magical coach and replaced him with a very good assistant even...

im wondering who runs a tight ship as such... i break even almost over 2 weeks with matches... with fan mood only being 3/7 and increasing wages this season its causing me trouble is all... come the start of next season with the wage increase, im sure it will be -20k more and i will be forced to sell better trainees... my coaching staff cant be decreased any more than their current levels i feel :(

this is with 2x outstanding and 1x very good assistant.. it seems at this stage, assistants are the main place where you save/spend extra money in coaching

Same, about -90k on non home match weeks. Thats with salaries of around 280k per week

im at -66 407 € and thats easily covered with match income. but i get 233 468 € from sponsors.

when i played 1st div. i was at -5 to 15ooo but income from matches was decent too. i think a well built stadium is essential, as it gives you constant income

true that..i rarely get capacity sellout before this season.. sold out vs steve last game, but team is improving so tahts to be expected a bit more now i figure.. which should help also

my irish owners medal is down to 40...
hood left U21... others are probably the same...
the fact i have 8 irish players is a shocker though...im starting to train my players a lot more than i used to i think.. though most are reaching 23-24 now so its kinda :/
