I'm Running for the U-21 Job In Ireland.

I've pretty much sat back and watched for the last 4 years I think since I managed the NT..

Anyway, time to help again. I'll figure out tactics and such when I see what players are available to me.

I've been here for three seasons. That was a wonderful period, and I'm really proud that you trust your team on a foreign coach. That could be a hard decision, but I hope I could proove, that your decision was right. :)

I did what I wanted: Ireland is qualified for the next WC! Without you guys I wouldnt have been able to reach this nice result. Your tactical advices, the help of the scouts, and the training, you made with the irish traines led to this result!

Good luck for my successor on the WC! It will be a great challenge! :)

You deserve to be our manager in WC, I think you should stay just for that and then maybe let do the tactics someone else and let them be prepared to take the job after you

Good job ! As far as I remember there is no agreement, you said you wouldn't go for another season and I was considering to apply once again, that's all ;-)

to be honest i applied for you two seasons ago and it was a very close result.
i just hope someone big doesnt step in again to take your spot :)
if someone does i would suggest take the U21 job. or maybe someone from ireland will..
the U19s are huge prospects so i would like someone coming in who has a good idea and gets some good idea of the system for them when we have the potential to win quite a lot imo...

Personally I think it might be better for Wolverine to take the U-21 spot, depending on which team we're prioritising this season.

considering the prem and cup seem to finally have gotten more competitive, i think there should be a higher focus on the NT to be honest for the sake of that european cup thingy

I think you might have a point there. Still the national team benefits from a successful U-21 team that generates interest in our youths and I think it would be a shame to finally qualify for the world cup, only to hand it over to a noob manager (the best managers generally don't take U-21 positions)
