I think you might have a point there. Still the national team benefits from a successful U-21 team that generates interest in our youths and I think it would be a shame to finally qualify for the world cup, only to hand it over to a noob manager (the best managers generally don't take U-21 positions)

i think that its harder to lead the u21. you need to keep up to date the database, and every season you have an other squad. i think its a harder challenge like leading of NT.

thank you, but i think its incorrect to stay in the position while an other people work for the team. the coach have to take the responsibility for the team. and practically its hard to accomplish. :)

What's the status of the U-21's for next season? I'm soon to be unemployed and not impressed with the current candidates

as i told it i wont run for u21 this season. i wont have enough time to prepare the team for WC.

tbh i think half the team will be 19yr olds....
which will just help the team for that season more even...
id hope we can have an easy season this time where we maintain our rank and then try and push on next season...

It's U-21 Chicken. No-one actually wants the job so we're all sitting still, waiting for each other to apply. I could do it but I'd rather not given how busy I'm likely to be soon.

I've got some spare time now but I haven't been doin any tactics in about 3 seasons so Im not sure if they'd still work on this engine

He's a great manager and you should definitely vote for him.

hes great at the tactics side of things. dunno how good his portugese is...
gave the tactic, plans etc in each game and did much better than he should have with our team.
