i'm here again. :)

about me:
i'm gregory, i've lived in budapest since 2002. i'm a student. i'm 26. i study sociology on the very famous eötvös loránd science university.. (and you can check on the link some inform about hungary, and you can also check, how great we can speak english. thats true, i study sociology. :P).

about my results in sokker:
i've played with sokker since 2007. in 11 season i've collected 5 gold medal, 2 silver and 1 brazen medal. i have got some NT player in my team, and i was the coach of the hungarian u21 team in the last season. as national coach i played 14 match, and my balance is: 10 win - 2 draw - 2 lost (goals: 53-7). we lost again greece and france (only with penalties :P), and we beat for example suomi and austria. my goal was to save for our u21 the first hat, and i've made it. :) the reason that i don't run for our u21 is, that i need new challange, but i'm sure that i can easily win in hungary, because the hungarian user was pleased with my work.

about my tactics:
i'm a defender trainer, so this is my strength, and i think that i can use great defensive tactics against strongest team. i like to use the 5 defender line against strongest team or team with winger, but if the opponent doesn't use winger or not so strong i use only 4 defender. i think that against weakest team 3 defender with offside tactic is more than enough.
i like to play with winger, because it necessitate from the opponent the 5 defender tactic. but sometimes, when i know, that the opponent will use 5 defender, the winger is totally useless.
i think that 2 attacker is optimally, but somertimes 1 simple attacker is maybe better to save our team from goal.
as you can see, it's not problem for me use very different tactics against diferrent opponent.


my goal as NT coach:
i know, that you didn't qualified for the WC. espana was much stronger than ireland. i saw your lost match against al maghreb and island, and must tell you, that you have bad luck.
what can we do now? i think that our goal should be to collect more ranking points. this is very important to save our place in the 3. hat or maybe we arrive the 2. hat. to arrive this goal have to play against weaker team.

scouts:
at the moment - naturally - i don't know your players.
i think that i would be happy, if 2-4 scout help me to update every player. i hope that it's some volunteer user in eire, who want to help me with this work. everybody is welcome! :)

why eire?
i will be truthful. :) my english knowledge isn't perfect at all, and i try to improve it with sokker. :)
i know, that i haven't so many chance, like a "native" user, that's naturally. but i hope, that you will give him a chance to show you what i know about this game. i know, that you will not regret it!

We have an unofficial policy that the U-21 job is only for Irish managers as we use it as a testing ground for future national managers.

so i havent luck with you. :)

okay, it's not problem. i try it, and we will se, how many vote can i collect. :)
i know that every nation prefer the native users.

i like your plan and looking back at this u21 season, i would give it a try with a new coach.

i do also think it should be varied each season where possible...

good to see a few irish candidates running once again however...
my vote will remain undecided for a while..
there is a lot of work to be done with the irish U21 database from the looks of things at the moment :/

as i see i already have had a vote!

we have much more users, and players in hungary, but when i was the coach of hungarian u21 team, we haden't any problem with the database, altough we collected our data in excel.

i think, that you know the brilliant database of rtg, what we can easily use for searching new players.
i need 2-4 scout to help me for updating. i hope, that here are some helpful irish user. ;)

but at the moment i really don't know, what kind of database do you use?

yeah we use the NTDB, combined with that.. i dotn know the status of it at the moment as only 3 people have acess

I personally don't have any issue with opening the database up to the other experienced Irish managers but they might. Someone like Shane would essentially have his entire squad on view to any Irish manager who wanted to see it. There would also be the issue of those who don't contribute, aren't trustworthy or new users. At the moment it's easier just for the database to be on a need-to-know basis.
