Subject: [NT] Welchy

I'll run again this season if you'll all have me. I'll be my first season as NT or U21 coach where I've coached in the WC amd I'd like to have that oppertunity.

Results this season varied from pretty good, beating Chile 3-1, to piss poor, losing 5-0 to Lativa. Luck seemed to desert us quite a lot this season and a good few games were turned on the back of red cards in our defence.

On the upside, we played quite a few U23/U24 games and there are a number of players very close to making the transition to starting squad. I feel there are tactics that are very close to being great and should cause other stronger teams a problem.
