i'm not good with words, i know...what i want to say is that if i'll be elected i'll put all the possible dedication in pursuance of my duty, trying to be proactive(new topics, new discussions, etc)

by the way, i don't think that Trapattoni or Capello when bacame CT were able to speak a good english!

what i'm trying to say is that actions are more important than words!i didn't use the simile with Trapattoni and Capello because i'm able like them, but because at the beginning they weren't able to speak a good english, like me, and before the language they gave importance the hard work!

What is it that would make you a better choice for coach than the other two coaches, both of whom have previously been involved in national coaching and been playing the game longer than you? What tactics would you use and what can you tell me about the scouting plan you have?

it's true i have less experience than both the other coaches but fortunately i met several expert users who help me to understand some important elements of this game!i try to be informed about all the chenges in the game and i always read the topics with tactical discussions(such as those of the NT matches) in order to find the best tactical solution...sometimes i watch the match of Italy, to understand to players' movements! i love do the tactics!:)
in the end, i read in a topic of this forum that the irish U21 is a way to help emergent users to become national manager! so, if my 2 opponents are been involved in national coaching and been playing the game longer than me they can't still be considered emergent! no?:)
What tactics would you use?
althoght i use sometimes a 442 with an offensive mid this tactical disposition is quite impossible to be applicated at high levels such as these!expecially after the introdution of the new game motor the real key of the game is the wing!in fact now the cross has become fundamental as never before!
About defence: i don't like very much the difensive approach with 5 defenders but against strong teams i'd use it! in addition, a new feature of the game motor is the possibility of using the external defenders in the game planning/setting! so i prefer that the players who will play in this rule have "high" "playmaker" and "passing"!
so the possible tactics will be
-532(no wing)
-5311(with wing)
-5212(with wing)
-in the other matches i'll use 4 defenders, with 3 mid (one half-back) and a wing, 2 ATT
-in the easier matches is also possible make a defence line with only 3 players(if the other team usually don't use a wing). in matches like these i'll try to use the younger players i have (maybe not the central DEF because is increased the importance of the skill "Experience" for DEF)

Aside from that I don't think you have the experience to take a NT job, let alone one in a country where no one knows you so you don't really get the benefit of any doubt
