Why vote for me?

I've been involved in training young Irish players which include, Stephen Ferriter, Danny Dealhunty and Jim McManus. They are all GK's I know but someone had to do it (Lazyness doesn't come into it I swear)

If Elected I will organise friendly games, scout for talented young Irish Players and make sure they get played.

Do you still remember how to create formations? I know you've been using the defaults recently

Getting broadband sorted at home.

I still remember how to set formations and I'll give as much time as is needed.

probably 5-10 hours getting everything setup properly.(player updates etc)
then i reckon 2 hours per game if you are to do it rightish..
you get faster at doing it once you have decent template tactics to work off though

You know he has done it before so has an idea of the time needed? :)

For those who weren't about when Executor was NT coach he was fully committed to it, learned an awful lot very quickly and did a good job of raising awareness of the NT when not as many were interested in it. Tactically teams are a lot sharper these days but our whole reason for keeping the u21 job in Ireland was to give people a chance to improve in this area.

You'll have my vote Executor- zastarovje seems a good guy but he won't insult and annoy the other u21 managers half as much as you will ;)

Does the _U-21 Match still remember the formations the previous manager had set?
