Subject: Advertising board of Irish prospects

I figure if you can train him in pace for 8-10 weeks then you might as well. The risk is selling him now and having some non-training jackass come in and hijack the bid.

Anyone got a wing (or mid) prospect they're looking to sell? Shields will be going soon and I'll have a space.

Hmm almost. If he was 19 or he had slightly higher passing then I'd definitely have him but if he went into my squad right now he'd be my weakest mid by 4 or 5 pops and a seasons worth of training.

my thoughts exactly.. i really dont have much better..any that are have just adequate/good secondaries, and much high defender...
you got most of the decent mids.. any you didnt get went outside ireland i think

What should I do with this guy? Keep training pace and then sell him?

thats for U21s..
i dunno will he make them even considering his tech is so low.. will depend on form.. so i would balance him somewhat.. if you start training defender next season he will be incredible pace formiddable defender at 21..and 6-9 weeks more defender he is 2x incredible which would be a contender for the u21s i guess
if you start defender now he will be 2x outstanding pace/defender when he turns 21
there are a few similar 19yr olds.. i have 2, and there are at least 2 more on a level with these guys

your guy just has low tech..but as a side defender its not a major issue at U21 i think...

The passing is a killer

trains pretty fast at such level though

The problem is I'm a balanced trainer, I switch training pretty regularly so any player with a major weakness tends not to catch up with the other skills. He'd suit someone training passing longterm, I'll only be training it for about 10 weeks.
