i cud check ntdb history i guess maybe

in 11 weeks he popped from 5 - 9 in pace. (3 weeks from 5-7, and was 2 pops in 8 weeks after that
he was only updated week 0,3,11 so the pace increase cud have been week 9,10 even. 3 weeks from 5-7 means he had a 2 week increase to good which seems decent potentially.

he has at least +6GT in defender

for the past 5 weeks he has increased +1 in pace, +1 striker.
my guess is he has a few extra trainings in pace, or was injured

hes definately not got a bad talent anyway. but its impossible to tell if its top notch from data

the 19 year old keeper at the moment is divine.
but dillage is already training him in pace anyway so probably wont sell ;)
