rediculous price for lockerbie.. 8m?
i had expected around 6.5 - 7
2014-02-03 13:05:48
i had a kind of bid race with the buyer starting at 6.5 million. so actually you could give me a share of that ;-). but he is in good hands now, former 10 season nt-coach of iceland. i m only worried about that cashflow of yours now.
2014-02-03 21:04:14
ah ill waste it on stadium expansions and the like..
i need at least one youth so after that ill be sitting on 3-4m only until i buy a keeper
lockerbie was probably worth it for the talent though.
he is gonna be as good as gallagher longterm

what's Gemill's talent like? I'm looking for a decent yet not too expensive def/mid trainee :)

hard to tell, in youthsquad he had 4.5. and he popped once in 4 weeks pace (in the 2nd).

so impossible to tell then :P

thwaites didnt sell?

finnan is nice alright. i figure he wont go much above that price. i bought a 19yr old for 3.5 recently and he is close to his total skillsum. mids vary a lot though so you could get lucky.
the defender is about right priced too. maybe a little steep. i would have hoped for a 3m offer with jump to 3.2 and bidwar for another 500k if lucky. secondaries mainly tech and pm become important above unearthly and that is where profits are made.

mckeever will be an interesting one to see about price. you are leaving em too late to sell imo.
his skills at 29/30 would have gotten 8-9m. now probably 3.5- 4 (i guess)
the other striker will fetch 6.

No takers for thwaites, given his skills, i will keep him for a while and see how talented he is. He can easy be an U-21 player.

McKeever has dropped skills lately (pace and tech), if i thought i would get anything near 3.5-4 i would sell him but dont think so, so the plan is probably to keep him forever (unless someone comes back interested). I absolutely kept McKeever too late but just liked having a great NT striker.....
