Hi again!
well, I apply again for coach.

my achievements this season:

- I rise to 200/300 points in NT Rank
- I rise 5 positions in NT rank approximately
- Semi-finals of Mini WC

with 13 matches, I have a good record:

3 lose
2 draw
8 win

for this next season, my aims are:

- Classify to WC
- Rise 5 or 6 positions more
- Rise 300 or 400 points in NT rank
- Be Top 32

I think that this season should be much better :)

about the targets... im not too sure they are achieveable. this season we had the mwc which allowed us have good matches - which you got great results in blackend, however i think this season will be more of a challenge :)

I think we need to look more closely at how we're climbing the rankings. I said early in the season that taking games against smaller nations won't get you anywhere fast. All it takes is 1 bad result like Moldova and you've wiped out 6 weeks worth of progress.

this season, I expect 4 "hard" matches in group (1st will be a top 16; 2d will be a top 32).

by this, I will fix for have "easy" matches in that period (week 2 to 12 +/-).

then, the last 3 or 4 matches of the season, will be interesting friendlies (Top 16/32, vs possible WC teams, like a preparation for our "possible" WC).

yes, because play against smaller nations, is a slow way for rise in NT rank, and 1 bad result, (in this case, a infrequent result 6-1 vs Moldova), only can happen in few opportunities.

no, because in the same case (vs Moldova), we had loss approximately -50 points in rank; in 6 week, had gained over 100 points and more (I don´t remember with details)

Good luck in the new season Blackend. Ireland is a strong NT, but will somehow struggle for the battle with teams from pot 1,2. Will be a hard task to get through the WCQ. But if you get top32 team, like Canada or Portugal, you have a real chance of passing this stage. So good luck and be focused on what you do.

At least the 2 Ireland elections went in the right direction. South Africa got it wrong in a big way

bad for South Africa, and obviously for you too... so, maybe you should be try in another country, maybe Wales the next time (is a country with a nice potential)?

so, we have the schedule for this season, how I promised, I fixed match against powerful countries, maybe Indonesia is the only "weak" team in this list


NT Ireland

week 4:Croatia
week 8: Indonesia
week 12: Portugal
week 15:Lietuva
week 0: México
week 1: Chile

It allows me to focus on my club team so I'm OK with it. I couldn't really have made a stronger case for myself, if they want an inferior coach then that's their choice.

Next season I'll be looking for a job in a bigger country. Probably with the Dutch U-21's
