Hi guys,

I wonder if you can help me. I think I might have a problem with my juniors training! I have been using a spreadsheet to follow the skill level changes of my juniors & have noticed that some players skill levels are dropping! There also seem to be wild fluctuations in players skill levels even though I have only been training juniors for 7 or 8 weeks!!

Could you please advise is this normal or is it a bug?

I sent this to the administrator but I think they misunderstood me. Basically I was just referred to the news article page!!

I mentioned it to a mate & he said there is no way juniors skill levels should be dropping, increasing and then dropping again week on week!

Help!!

Oh hang on

When you say juniors, do you mean the players in your team or the youth squad?

its normal , they changed the system... now its harder to predict talent, cause fluctuation in the first 8 weeks can be hight. but it depends on player, i had juniors with constant skill ups like before, and other who go up 2 lvl. down 3 ,up 2 again and so on.... just keep them for more than 7-10 weeks and u will see a tendency

Nin, I was referring to the junior team/junior school/youth team!! Whatever you would like to call the young uns!! ;-)

Saarumarc, that answers my question perfectly thank you very much. It makes sense coz I only have a junior school for around 7 or 8 weeks! I should have asked here first obviously & I would have got the answer quicker!! Cheers.

also the junior is trained every week as before. his level is now just an estimation of his skill.
he over the course of 12 weeks should have increased at least 1 level i would think.

if you are monitoring progress try sokker organiser or viewer

i have over 1 year of data on players and youths in it and its awesomely handy, you can see players pops over the course of 50 weeks seeing how long it takes general training etc...
also makes things a lot easier.
the password +username you input is just to login to your account to get the data they are safe programs to use ;)
