I think if you've got a magical you might as well keep him. I can't say I've noticed any major difference in the youths.

was just wondering ur thoughts.. and yeah iv had close to max talent youths before anwyay with him so cant complain.. only 1 or 2, but still ok

The difference with each level up in coach is 0.2 more maximum talent

its definately not on a linear basis mate...
and also there are for sure sublevels to coaches too

My trainees are up for sale but I've put a reserve on them because I'm not getting robbed again.

bit of a rediculous price for the defender considering welchys guy went for 250k last week ^^

If Welchy's guy was as good then he got robbed.

The Germans proved it was linear - that's why everyone says at least incredible for YS - it used to be (old system) the cheapest way of getting a sub 4 graph with max talent :)
