I'm training pace, should I keep him and train that? I'm not the most reliable trainer in the world :p

Pace won't hurt him but he needs tech and passing most importantly.

season of pace and 2 of passing would be ideal for U21 I think :)

Low tech wingers are a waste of space.

wouldnt use him as a winger in U21
But he surely needs over 1 season of passing ... 1 season will get him excellent if he is very lucky, which is still rubbish for U21 level ...
