Subject: Transfers EN rule change

Just a note for you all that transfers en rules has changed dramatically. You can now only post valuations in the threads already created OR post K topics i.e. what you are looking for. You can no longer post TL topics.

its basically if you are looking for top notch players around a certain value you can say so there and people will make you offers etc
