How do you find invites?

If you go to your office and then click friendlies it'll show you your invites.

@ Raul I presume you menat 'here' rather than 'hire'? And yes I have seen the friendly thread, but just didn't know where people's invitations/challenges appeared.

Hopefully I'll actually get a friendly on the go this week now
