Subject: [U21] youngboys

Hi, my name is Claudiu and i`m from Romania. I am a very dedicated user, in this 2 years i had in sokker i managed to make a strong team with good results , most of them against stronger teams. I would really like to manage your u21 national team and i`m sure i would do a really good job. My favourite tactic is 4-2-3-1 with wing but i can customize it according to the available players and opponent. I know what is Ireland`s level at the moment, i even trained some players that are in the squad, i watched matches, and i believe this team is perfectly capable of qualifying to the next world cup.

when you lead with 4-1 in the 90 min, it`s not about luck...it`s about tactics ;)

yes but i lost 2-1 in Cyprus cup by 3rd better team in Cyprus.and we had 10 average mark different.in semifinals:)

with your opponent`s tactic, you could have easly won the match :P

he isn't ready his tactic he made it:P if his tactic was the ready attack the final result was be:1-5 for me;)

Claudiu you often play with a very defensive Def-line. Are you willing to expierience with more offensive tactics too?

yah but today, wasn`t all about luck
it`s true, this is part of the game but i knew how to annihilate my opponent`s strikers and be as efficient as i could...and the result was positive :)

i could also play offensive tactics ;)
but it really depends on my opponent and situation...when i usually play such sistem, i make sure that i will score and in the same time i`m trying not to give his the oportunity to strike back

only 1 day and few hours until the end of the elections :)
i really hope to win and qualify the team to the world cup, because i know i can and i also i`m perfectly able to do so
i think not all of you are aware of my capabilities but i`ll prove you won`t regret
