i have an outstanding/incredible 18 year old coming tomorrow.

assuming he is decent i pretty much have an entire 10 trainees who are top top top notch. i think i overpaid around 500k on your guy.
i looked at values and it varied a lot. low pace is the only concern to me.. as im not planning a lot of pace training for 2-3 seasons

2-3 seasons.......i'd be training pace right now as it's gonna be alot harder when he's 21!!
