i have 10 trainees i WANT to keep before these 3 came along. I want to test them all for talent and maybe chop and change then. any players im letting go arent the best talent so not worth taking on probably. e.g John adams who looks really nice who im selling this wednesday, talent 5.5 but looks like a future U21 striker in the making. hes not gonna make it considering the talent probably.

pity about the stamina taking his skills but he still has an awesome set. keep pace up for a bit on him anyways i reckon.
should be U21 winger in 2-3 seasons

A lot of points lost on the condition... For this, however, can not be helped;/ Max him left side (pace, tech, pass) and then playmaker. In olny points from the condition (albeit at 50%) went on playing... it would be perfect:)

I am using alternating stamina/condition. In fact, the more professional in SK is stamina;)

I use alternate - pace/speed, condition/stamina, striker/shot. But this is not related to the fact that sometimes I use a dictionary:) While 'condition' is very unfortunate and it needs to clearly say;)

One thing is certain - 'with time' should be better;) Training lasts hehe:P
