i need to upgrade my coaching staff anywya so a bit of that will be lost. want to get to brilliant/magical assistants just for the sake of it

thats a really good idea.... btw. is sublevel i.e. wages important, dont remember, but think it is...

sublevel probably is, wages no.. wages in coaches go really high because of keeper skill.
get a magical coach with crappy keeper and they only cost like 35k a week

yeah but then the sublevel is lower too. thought best wage-sublevel relation is when al skill are as close as possible to the general appraisal... meaning a coach with magical in all skills is cheaper then one with a few unearthlies and 1 skill considerably lower.

No idea about talent, dropped Plus ages ago so won't have much of an idea moving forward either! Will just have to refer back to this thread in the future and try and work it out from there.

Gonna train him a fair few levels of pace first of all so you can put your purses away for now

just copy n paste ur stuff into this thread every season or whatever... with the new changes anyway talent is random as.
i just sacked a solid with talent 13 today lol

have 2 guys coming out as oustanding or above though with talent 3.6 over the next few weeks which is very very nice. high talents do stand out on the graphs
