just copy n paste ur stuff into this thread every season or whatever... with the new changes anyway talent is random as.
i just sacked a solid with talent 13 today lol

have 2 guys coming out as oustanding or above though with talent 3.6 over the next few weeks which is very very nice. high talents do stand out on the graphs

lucky bastard. i wish my youth-school would pay off like that. even if i get a talented player he is either too old or has bad skill distribution. may be i should invest in big talents on the tl for a change.

tis annoying as hell alright.
i generally get around 1 decent guy per season, though iv only ever had 1 guy with max talent who didnt make U21, but turned out nice anyway.
im sure i have another who has really nice talent though now, and im hoping these guys coming through are good.

hes gonna have a few verey good and excellents anywyay,
chances are he wont make U21, but i had an incredible 20 yyear old with talent 3 and he turned out ok

they just increase in skills constantly like. pace popped at age 23 in like 6 or 7 weeks which is the same as a 19 or 20 year old of normal talent

hes been hitting 40 ratings as a striker in youth matches so cant wait to see what he turns out as.
im well above 30 ratings in them at the moment. and im not even sorting a proper team.
will play my best 11 next week and see how it pans out. though losing him will drop the rating im sure

he has 16 main skill wich is good at his age. he will get pace this season, defender next season.

anyway i think he hasnt got enough passing and tech to be good midfielder. he has only 3,5 season till his 21. 1,5 season passing and 1 season tech and he will be something like this:
