yeah i had a 3mill offer on him start of last season but want to train him myself.
pops are weird when i checked them
3/5/5/4 in pace lol
but 4 weeks to incredible pace is awesome :D
i think its the difference between league and friendly games or something :S

Pace is very strange... in fact it is very slow and therefore the subskill in the training is more important. The most important thing is that you can only have an idea of the talent if you train pace for a longer time. Only if he goes in two weeks to good pace (or 4 to incredible in this case) for example which proves a good talent immediately.
In other skills you can be lucky with a nice pop due to optimal subskills even if he has lower talent, in pace it's not very likely...

yeah, nah as i said, 3 weeks to excellent, 5 to formid,oustanding, then 4 to incredible.
and he is close to another pop at the moment too ;)

so is a lot better, but I do not think it is right that you use the advantage that you coach and players know skylls, and post your topics on the list of players and your opinion about the team. I think it was fair to post the topic U21 national team, where everyone can see, and that work be done after elections.
