Subject: [NT] Bartucha

Hello.

My name is Bartek and I am 28 years old. In the SK I play for 6 years so I have many experience in the game. For the second time I decided to fight for a job with the SK NT. So far, only drove my club, In 19 seasons, which I played as many as 15 of them winning the trophy (5 gold, 7 silver, 3 bronze)!

When it comes to working with the team -> I do not do anything in haste. Everything must be thought out, arranged. As for tactics, I'm versatile. I like to set up new tactics, set in 'the opponent'. There is no one perfect setting. We must constantly seek new solutions:) If I win the NT election I will give it 100% and not disappoint Yours expectations. I count on Yours support.

The plan for the upcoming season is simple:
1) Selection of players for World Cup Qualifying:
The upcoming season is a time WCQ. I would like to use it for orientation of the players situation and try out tactics in friendly match, so that World Cup Qualifying match to play at 100%. The first week is also the time to find common language with the national managers. I would not do anything against the club managers. It is known that a good atmosphere on the line: coach NT - coach club is very important. I would like to cooperate and not interfere. I hope that this is the way to go. For the good of Ireland:)

2) qualify for the Finals WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP SK!:
Currently, Ireland is ranked 41 SK. My main plan for the coming season is promoted Green's for the first time (historical) to the World Cup Finals. Promotion, which according to me that Ireland deserves. I will do everything in my power to do so.

3) all Ireland players in once places -> database all Ireland players!:
In the last week I finished the matter of creating a new database of players for the NT Ireland. I have the assurance that in case of winning the election created such a database. Will deal with it one of the user 'Polska Association', in which organization he is my pleasure to work every day (which also affects the new ideas, tactical experience). Also, no player will not miss my mind:) I will be sure that they play the best. As we can see the start of the election and possible running NT, Ireland I take really seriously. I would like to achieve many successes with Ireland, inclusive to promotion to the WC. Everything must be done gradually, however, in stages.

Getting back to Polska Asocation - where they work best Polish managers, who have worked with many NT of the World. Former coaches: Poland, Canada, Australia, Poland U21, Estonia U21, Belgium U21, etc... As we can see 'coaching workshop' I have a very good and I can use it as shown by my results in the club.

Referring to the discussion in the thread "General Sokker discussions";)

In my opinion the long-term training players we can be used in matches that do not play a greater rate. However, the WCQ and (probably) Final WC need to play the best. It is clear that young players (biggest young stars) must get a chance and in such matches. But it can not be held a 'hurray', only gradually.

Number of user in Ireland, it makes available a small number of players. According to me the core of the team (in the WCQ matches) should represent the players experienced complete 'youth - angry';) In sparring, we can change the ratio in favor of young players. Players like Dull, Holt may be the strength of this team for years. They should be based on the strength of Ireland and the young players join them systematically.

Therefore, in my election program mentioned that it is important to work out a compromise on the lines of the national coach - coach club.

In my opinion there is a chance to qualify to Finals World Cup. The question of whether something more can be achieved by such a narrow circle. With luck, perhaps, yes:) If we fail to qualify for the World Cup it can implement a game plan bolder young players (long-term training). In the absence of promotion to the WCQ is a whole season friendlies. According to me right now is not the appropriate time for such drastic measures in the NT Ireland.

That's my vision of NT Ireland.

Generally, QWC groups draw I think is very good for us :) We are in group "B":

1. Magyarország (13 NT rank)
2. Bosna i Hercegovina (31 NT rank)
3. Ireland
4. Nippon (64 NT rank)
5. Nigeria (73 NT rank)
6. Kenya (93 NT Rank)

Indeed. To be honest, we'll definitely need some luck to win against Bosnia/Hungary. Undoubtedly there is a difference in player material between them and us.. But still possible to overcome, though.. with some tactical skills and full choice of our best players, we might have a decent shot at winning. Good luck to the new coach anyway, whoever that may be. ;) Cheers!

Kuksa does not start again in BiH - he started in PL;) Whoever wins in BiH - there will be a not better on Kuksa - with my opinion.

There is a chance fight:) It could have been much worse:P

IRELAND ROAD TO WORLD CUP FINALS

Elections enter a decisive phase. In this week, I conducted preliminary discussions with the coaches of other NT. I managed to arranged sparring partners for the upcoming season. If I win the election, calendar games it will look like:

For a small fee:P To put it quite seriously - I established with the coaches that this timetable to be confirmed after the election. They know that I am one of the candidates. Pure game on my part.

Until the end of the election remained little hours! The specific election program, clear objectives to achieve, build the database of all players Ireland, a full commitment to the work of NT Ireland. For this You can certainly count on my part! Everything in Your hands.

Hi again! :P

I think that this year's plan, I managed to accomplish in a large part. The main purpose was to qualify to the World Cup Finals. I did it, which makes me extremely happy. Ireland will play for the first time in the history in Finals World Cup. I would like to lead the Greens in the WC Finals. This, however, depends on You. If You think I'm the right person to lead Ireland in this event - please vote. I think You know me, so that You know what to expect from me.

I'll do anything to give You joy at this event. We'll be there one of the weaker teams. But I like these challenges. Showed that even group matches:) Impossible is nothing:)

I think that in the remaining NT matches, should be playing U25/26 players (or younger). We need to think about the future. We have some talented players. They must be slowly introduced to the game.

That's my vision. If You correspond to this vision of Ireland - please vote for me.
