I am having an awful run with my juniors. They have been muck all season. I have sacked the last 10/12 in a row! Plus the talent arriving in the next 1/2 season/season is awful as well.

I'm training pace at the moment so I'll hold on to this guy for the next 6-10 weeks then I'll off load him. Hopefully the talent is wrong! Again the stamina is a robbery!

that guy above was kinda my last major hope for anything half decent to be honest...
stamina is a killer though. i also like them to be younger when it comes to it.
19-20 year old youth pulls arent selling at all in the current market.. really annoying unless you train them yourself.
i reckon it will be at least another season before sales pick up..especially with summer now.

pity mcloughlin didnt get that stamina in his pace :P but he still is definately one for the future. especially given his talent
either way both of them arent half bad.
paul kiely could be made into a winger or defender i guess (defender is probably easiest option) but tbh hes not that special and probably wont make U21 squad which is what i kinda base players on...
based on the skillsum though he probably has better talent than you anticipate... 33 = outstanding/incredible i think

he is almost tempting... almost :P
