aww.... i have 8 permanent trainees at the minute.. will need 2 more before a few weeks time is all i might get a few from youth school though.. i gues i can hope.....
also few of them are hitting 23-24, so unsure ill stay training them, though reckon i will until 26 just for the sake of the NT.

im well aware he is talented mate. i followed him for quite some time.
to be honest im really not sure how well he suits my training, he wud get probably 8 weeks pace at the minute, then PM. then either defender or passing... i think its best make a winger ouf of him as its something he could excel at.
just as a defensive mid we have much better players and have had.. wingers i dont think we have one in the pipeline who can replace holt at intl level ( superdivine tech,3x divine others afaik)
defensive mids i have 3 future intl squad members, caims is second best 18yr mid i reckon atm. (didnt look at db but i have better)..based on values though caims is "better" but i think its due to his passing being so high, which is fast to train

caims is worth a nice bit at the minute, and i dont have anyone i can sell to raise the funds to ensure i have enough..plus i dont want to rip you off as you have him since young but will make a very nice profit anyway

I'll probably keep him then... I'm training technique this season and PM next season... Afterwards we will see.
Gallagher and Caims are by far the best DEF and MID now.
your training suits him so much better then. i may be interested in him after that point..or more interested... i have a huge mix of trainees at the minute and passing is generally the lowest skill they have.
we have a few nice youths coming every now and then. trying to keep track of them all is a pain :/

we get one decent guy every 1-2 seasons ^^ secondaries crappy ofc
