sell him right before wednesday games end and he might get sold. Problem is you need at least one overbid to make a profit due to salary :p

About your 16 yo, I'd give him a shot if I'd be in your shoes.

can u explain that selling tactic ? why would u sell after the match ? or do u imply to let him play so the new owner gets a free week in training ?

before, so listing on Monday. Quite some people buy 'weak' players to fill their slots (eg if you train 5 mids on passing and you have 1 back up def, gk and striker, you still have to fill 3 slots.
