Subject: juniors

The promotion of juniors is now better regulated than it was before. Those who are promoted with a high level will end up as more complete and rounded players than they may have done in the past. The highest possible skill for a promoted will still be excellent.


typical! just after i promoted 10 players and a coupla them coulda been much better!

I've had a few disappointing ones too. An excellent coming up in 4 weeks though.

If they have good talent- ie popping levels in 4 weeks or less - you might get some great trainees. My best player was an adequate youth.

Not necessarily. SOmeone could arrive in your youth squad as a 17 year old and age 16 weeks to be pulled 18, or could arrive as a 16 year old and age 16 weeks to be pulled at 17. A third player could be 18 for 6 weeks still pulled at 18 years old...

i have one youth player at the moment, the rest were rejected being complete crap, hes on good
