just realised i have 7 youths in YS that are 16 at the moment.
not a bad start to the future youths. none longterm though, so i need some starting skills and talent or they all be sacked when pulled i guess. irregardless of talent

probably future U21 defender if someone trained him.
no idea on talent. came as good
