Hi!
My name is Raul and I live in Mollendo/Peru.
I am 23 years old and studied Economy.
I have 5 years in Sokker, because I really like this game. I have never coached a NT, but I have a lot of experience training youth NT players. I can build tactics that can have great results, I can prove this, because I have been playing in the highest division in Peru with youth players.
My opinion of U21 Ireland is that it has the potential to grow even more, with better tactics, players and a planning to the future NT.

I consider myself to be prepared to assume this responsbility with what I learned through this time about sokker and Ireland is a country with features that make this more important. I see Ireland as a group of compromised users that want their country to grow up, and I have the time and the desire It does happen.
