Hail Hail Sokker Ireland!

I am JMPunk,

I would like to put my name forward to be the next Ireland U21 manager (if no Irish user wants it).

I've played Sokker since 2007, I've won various 1st & 2nd division titles, was 3rd in the Premier a couple of times & I've won a National cup. You can check it out on my club page history. I was Scotland U21 manager for a couple of seasons where I took the team from a ranking of 51 down to the mid 40's to secure a 3rd seed spot in the WC Draw. I narrowly missed out on qualification but I blame the match engine & a dodgy pitch for that due to a random result in one of my qualification games! It still hurts.

My plan would be to try & get Ireland up the rankings & as close to the 3rd seed spot as possible. Worst case scenario would be to go no lower than the 4th seed spot. I don't really have a favourite formation. I've been mostly playing 3-4-3 with my club team recently but I change formations around depending on strength of the opposition.

ill look through the applicants maybe tuesday or wednesday n see who im voting for.

i hafnt actually paid much attention to NT or U21 as of late but know U21 team was really poor last season but should be fairly ok this one.. lacking strikers once again i believe however.

Well I work with AMPunk & he is always saying I support the only Irish team in Scotland so I thought I might as well run for the Irish u21 job. Anyway thanks for the vote! ;)

Oh well, the luck of the Irish wasn't with me this time. Can't believe kenyard didn't vote for me. ;) Guess I won't be changing my name to JM O'PUNK anytime soon. And to think I bought £11k of shares in Irish company Providence Resources the other day. Hopefully I'll get luckier with that! 200-300% luckier to be exact.
