From Brilliant.

While he is a little on the old side he fits in well with my training. Although I must say the stamina is a tad annoying!

and not the slimmest either ;-)

It is a trend with the well fed youngsters at Argus Athletic!

To be honest the BMI thing annoys me. It is totally wrong for all sokker players. A premier league footballer in the English Premier League (as with Germany, Italy, Spain etc) will have a BMI of less than 20. I was told by our fitness coach at UCC in 2001 that I had a BMI of 15% and I needed to lose 4 to 5%!! You dont get six packs on guys with a BMI of over 20%!

but take into account that fat has less density than muscles... so a lot of muscles always means more weight. the bmi just looks at weight, but the level of body-fat is what counts. and it also depends on sports, as soccer is a stamina sport you want a lesser bmi than a sprinter or a basktball player.

but sure this bmi stuff is just another way for soccer to screw you.

That what I reckon too. It has no value in game but if you ask 'why did my player do a 360 spin and score an own goal from the half-way line?' they can say 'oh did you check his BMI? very important in many game decisions' :P
2013-06-07 09:11:38
nice example :-) !! almost exactly what i experienced last cup-game against kenyard. i blame it on bmi.
2013-06-07 19:37:01
the bmi thing hasnt been implemented yet anyway. for the time being its just a number and it wont vary
2013-06-07 19:47:26
and u dare tell us NOW ?!?! after weeks of weeks of thinking and trading...
2013-06-13 22:38:12
18yr old pace trainee.

from incredible- skillsum 45 - talent 4 or better

Lee Lockerbie, age: 19, height: 175 cm
value: 138 750 €, wage: 1 750 €

unsatisfactory stamina,
very good pace, very good defender
weaktechnique, adequate playmaker
average passing, excellent striker

will train him in pace and tech... what do you think should he be, defender, striker, mid ?
(edited)
2013-06-20 14:29:05
for striker you'll late on tech, for mid too (also weak on pm), he is very close to def, so mixed training od defender and pace would be better I guess
2013-06-20 20:00:32
he can still probably make U21 as a defender. but yeah possibly defender is better.

nice player saaru. pity about distribution.
ill have a very good+2 16 year old next week. hoping for talent, but usually best to train em as def/striker from 16
