i stopped keeping youth players age 18 who wont reach at least exellent, never pays off imo. accordingly even 19 year olds have to make it to incredible... of course it depends on the time of the season.
but a solid 18 y.o. at the end of season ?!? or are you desperate to have at least a few, no matter their quality ;-)

tbh if they get a decent distribution ya can be ok like. i literally have nothing who will be much better at the minute like so i had no use in sacking them
