Subject: [NT] youngboys "to make history"

First of all I want to salute the Irish community in sokker.

My name is Claudiu in real life, but in sokker I am known as youngboys and I'm candidating for Ireland National Team of sokker. I am 30 years old and I live in the capital of Roumania, Bucharest. I work as a lawyer in my native city.

I am in sokker for 4 years and I`ve started playing this fine game after many years in hattrick.
During this time I have brought many users to sokker and helped them to improve their game.

Getting to business, during this time I have played many seasons in the fourth and third division in Romania, but last season I played in the league II of Romania, and got a 4th place honorable. From this season, I start serious training, and I can dedicate myself 100% to the national team.

About my NT experience, I`ve been in charge of the U21 Shqiperia team for 1 seasons. It was a hard work dealing with a small and non active community. But as it was I managed to bring improvement to the team`s game.

Why Ireland NT?

I see a small, but quasi active community with much to give. I hope as well that together we will improve the number of users which could come in sokker to train for the NT.

Which are my plans for Ireland?

I will set myself two objectives this season, reaching top 30 in sokker rankings and qualifying for the world cup. I know it will be a very hard job, but I don`t like going into battle with my head down.
Friendlies are important as well, so I will try to prepare some strategical friendlies as to improve our game and tactics. Strong friendlies are important as well, because this way we will see our potential against strong or close by opponents.

Speaking about my dedication to this job, I will be 100% percent active and I wil try my best to achieve my targets, but I won`t be able to do this without your help, the Irish community.

If you have questions, I'll gladly answer them.
Let's put our efforts together and help Ireland improve!

In my presentation I forgot(my bad:P) to state my style of playing.

I prefer playing offensive, but likewise I don`t like being exposed in the def line. A midfield with 3 or 4 players is necessary as the force of the team depends on it. So tactics that include 4411; 5311 or 433 are among my favorites. But it all depends on my opponents, as my tactics will change depending on who I play against.

This proves i can handle any kind of situation, even if my team is weaker than the opponent`s. I hope you will make the right choice and let`s prove we still have a word to say in sokker.

i would prefer if you ran for U21 coach mate if kouta goes for NT.

U21s arent too bad next season either..

Frankly, I prefer to run on NT, I have experience to do the performance. Kouta has been coach and from my point of view did nothing.
I looked at teams, and I think it can be done performance. I'm sure I can handle, should pay more attention to opposing teams and tactics chosen course.
NT Ireland went very badly last season, and if you vote in the group, for the good of the team, I will show you one that is full potential of the team, of course if I am elected.

hmm. perhaps you are right.
we will see.. im just saying kouta moved us up alot of ranks in my opinion when he was here.

U21 we have struggled and needed a coach.. gael has done ok, definately better than majority of managers

Kouta did good things from other managers, but I think that may be much more, and you know what the results keep a coach, besides increasing the rank need performance, and Ireland have very good team. (see Norway last season);).

The U21 believes that chose a manager who has had experience, if Gael had good results and was involved deserves to continue work.

Um, my 2 season was worse at first season. In first season we was 3rd place in WCQ. 1 point to Spain, that was only unlucky first match with him.. Now I have new experience and ideas. ;)

do not want to comment on your activity Irish community will analyze and decide. I myself personally do not believe you can do something more than you did, results matter, and I noticed you did not too well with Japanese national. But I wish you luck and will be the best to win.

My decision is not complete yet, so I'll let u know end of this week so for some time don't touch my sons=)

I don't think so. In Japan NT wasn't ATT... Previously NT coach opinion:

Yes, i think so, you makes good job there.And i am a fairy manager:D
I had an unlucky season, but i still beated monsters like Romania or Hungary with Nippon:D

I support you and youngboys aswell, two really good managers,i know, who could make history with Ireland NT.
