Subject: [U21] deathbymail

Hi,
I'm not going to make this too long so I'll just outline what I've done and what I want to do.

Experience:
- 3 Seasons Canada U21 Coach
- 2 Seasons Canada NT Coach
- 1 Season Welsh U21 Coach

During one of my terms as Canada U21 coach I qualified for the WC while in the 4th pot, meaning I beat out 2 higher-ranked teams.

Style:
I play with a low defensive line to prevent chances (this season I allowed 0 goals in my league) and generally I like 4-4-2s but in a smaller country it obviously depends on what you have available.

Why Ireland?
For awhile I was a bit disinterested with sokker but now that I have promoted to my Country's top league I am back and so I wanted to try and repeat what I did with the Canada U21 by taking a lower ranked team to the WC. I also didn't want to have to translate everything I write so it had to be an English or French country.


I could link games where I've had lower marks and won or won against higher-ranked teams but hopefully that won't be necessary.
