Subject: [NT] Welchy

I never really thought I had any chance running in the last few seasons. I feel that now I have had a bit more time to understand the tactics needed to run a successful team that I am up to the task of being Ireland manager. My current team did very well in the last season and I hope I can produce a similar preformance from the national team if elected.

Also, If elected, I will be involving the forum community much more in the running of thenational team. You all have different ideas and tactics, I hope to get many suggestions and new ideas from everyone to incorpperate into the team. It will be more so the communities team that just the managers

Uhh..Hmm. Not exactly what I ment.

But I'm fine BTW.

Any serious questions?

Do you lean towards any particular tactical style?

Would you say you're aimed towards attack, defence or possession?
How would you go about playing the world cup winners?

Well lets see. Our current attack I feel is quite stong in its self but need a bit more midfield support. Our entire midfield is playing very deep due to the fact that our defence is a bit weak, baring our Goalkeeper who probably needs a better defence in front of him as he is outstanding as it is.

So we need:
1)a much stronger defence
2)a higher midfield formation
3)To play our defenders a bit wider providing we can get an improvement from them

As for playing the world cup winners.
well to be honest we can kid ourselves and say we can get a result from it. I'd probably try to pack our midfield and try to stop their forwards driving through our defence.

as for a particular style, that would depend on the opponent, but with my club I tend to lean towards an attacking style
