Matches start in a few weeks so start studying all you NT manager hopefuls :) Looking at it, Hrvatska and France aside, there should be nothing there to stop us qualifing. I'd be interested to hear what the Irish candidates think of it....

At first glance i dont think it could be much better teamwise. At second glance the fixtures havent been kind and it would have been a whole lot easier to catch the lower teams unaware at the start.
I think if we can improve our shooting i see no reason not to be able to get out of the group.
Although it under the probably ex managers, France and Hungary lack movement and their defenses could be easily sprung by simply moving around them and attacking in the huge gaps they leave. Hungarys in particular reminded me of a swing in the park, it goes forwards, it goes backwards but never side to side and they never break their line. Croatia, tactically, are the only decent opposition in this group. Although all this may change with a new manager.

I believe we can beat france. It will take a lot of study to crack hrvatsa.
Our team is improving all the time. I've had my eye on a few players and I believe with a few additions (not many though) to the national side we can easily secure a top 3 finish.
