is there any sense in enjoying these elections for non-irish players? tried it in last season but without even one vote.. :)
i had some talks with irish users, about national team or else.. tried also to help, but.. no votes again would break my heart :D

You know, it wouldn't have hurt anyone to have the elections a week or two earlier. The new boss will be straight in at the deep end, when instead they could have had a couple of friendlies already.

well still seems a bit daft to have elections every season. i think we should just say that whoever takes it next season, takes it the season after.

that way they'll have a full season friendly practice before world cup

I agree- I think we should have it that if our new coach gets us to the World Cup proper he should stay on for that as well. That way you can get experience in Friendlies/ Qualifiers and have the best chance of doing well
