Hello.

My name is Kamil. I played Sokker between 2006-2010 and was Polish NT staff member then (look at tactic name of this match, played in polish II league achieved 2nd place and was in quarter-finals of Polish Cup. I was a teenager then and now am 26yo and since a year I am married.

Now I have helped Woody with Polish U21 team and am back in the game. I registered in November 2015, but play since september 2016 seriously. I want to make as big successes like years ago.


What I could offer as a coach?

-activity on forum (preview and summary of every match) with analysis of matches
-adverting your players on polish forum to help developing your country
-improving Ireland position in ranking (that is crucial to if we want to get promotion to World Cup)
-variety of tactics during the matches

My plan:

I would like to get to know Ireland squad, create good scouting and plans for Ireland players who can improve level of the squad. This season I would like to build up good position in ranking which will cause better position in group stage draws.

I think that Ireland has big potential and should be higher than on 5th position in group stage. I can't promise that we can do this in next WCQ and get promotion immediately , but I would like to start that process this season. And I promise that I will do my best to improve Ireland's level and one day we will achieve promotion to World Cup again.

I see Ireland has a problem with coaches. Maybe time to have a good coach? IMO Lipa is very good manager and I recommnd him.

Lipa is a good coach ... he win with u21 polish a match vs Slovakia, 5-1... dominant.

Tomorrow is my debut. I hope that everything will go fine. The opponent is really strong - he achieved qualification to WC last season. So we will be able to check our potential against really good team. The rival is really high-level and their coach knows all the players well as he is continuing his work with the team. During my first week I updated a lot of players in the database. But I still haven't seen some of them (I have really old skills). I have spent a lot of time to prepare the tactic for tomorrow. Everything is set for tomorrow. Now I can only wait till the first whistle of the game. Go Ireland!

We are after my debut. I am very happy with the score we have achieved. Venezuela played U28 squad, but still that is really good score and first step in the way I want to go through. I hope that u have enjoyed the match!

In meantime I have receive some new skills which will allow me to have more opportunities in creating tactics and in choosing the squad. I am already looking forward for the next match!

Last week we lost against Kypros. I think that we didn't derved it. We had a lot of chances to score but only 1 ball found a way to the goal. I think that a draw would be more fair. But it only show our biggest problem - low form of some players. The biggest problem is with strikers and defensive midfielders. We don't have hundreds of players at top level so we have to keep our fingers crossed believing that some players with pop in form.

Today we will start our adventure at Mini World Cup - the tournamet for team which didn't get propotion to World Cup. At first match we will play against Malaysia - the team which is quite similar to ours. That's why I expect competitive match and hope that we will get 3 points, because further group stage matches will be only harder.

Last week we won our first match in Mini WC and are on good way to get promotion to the cup stage. But we played with the weakest team in group.

Today we will face Russia and it will be much heavier challenge. But I hope we can win. We have to do it to still be in matter. Last group match is against Norway and they are definitely the strongest team in group.

This season Mini World Cup has different formula - also 2 best teams from 3rd place in group will get promotion. But I hope we will end group at on least 2nd place.

Against Russia we were better (have more shoots) but our defence and striking weren't good. That's why we lost that match.


And because of that yesterday's match was our last chance but it seemed to be quite unrealistic. Yesterday Russia won 3-1 and we had to beat Norway with 2 goals to get direct promotion. We didn't deserve it (it was our worst match so far, but the opponent was strongest than teams we have faced).

This result gave us promotion from 3rd place (as the best team from 3rd place). Next Saturday we will play against Moldova. :)
