And you have too many players in your team for training plan

First I have to buy Irish players to plan training for them, I have to find talented players :-)

U are not training every player in your team, U are wasting some players...

No I am training pace so I see talent of players if I will find a good players then I will switch to DEF :-)

If u train pace u train only the players that played match… Some players u have don't play from some weeks. It s a waste in my opinion

I have some players but theirs skills are very week. I will try to train the best whos can help NT, U21 is only the begining. We have to train the best players, for sure the player. I have people whos can help me with training. Right now I am looking for someone to train GK, maybe you are intersting :-)? I bought from you also the player and I am training him :-)

It is not easy, you have monopoly of that market right now

It is true I am trying to buy all Irish players, but next season I will not have a place for all of them so for sure I need help with training :) but maybe it is my only one season in U21 if I will loose next election... you never know what happend

We lost derby :( I changed tatic in this match because I would like to check if we can play with two strikers. Positive we score a goals again :) I could put one playmaker in the middle of turf, but this tactic has to be updated. Again we played in offence the players who should play on different positions :)

Dont wrry on elimination your tactics will be perfect ;)
